New headquarters for Barclays located on the banks of the River Clyde

As part of the flagship headquarters for Barclays, works included the construction of Building 1 and Building 2 and associated infrastructure works and public realm.

Building 1 consisted of a 115,000 sqft seven-storey office development. The ground floor incorporates a gym, restaurant, assembly space, and retail/commercial space. Additionally, the basement houses forty-four car parking spaces, including three EV charging spaces.

Building 2 provides a 205,000 sqft ten-storey office development, including fifty-seven basement parking spaces, a mix of ancillary support, and amenity spaces at the ground floor.
